Short version: Streetwise does not require an account and does not collect or transmit your personal data to our servers. All gameplay, drill history, and stats are stored locally on your device. The Android app uses third-party services (Google AdMob and RevenueCat) that have their own data practices — details below.
Streetwise is a poker training app available at streetwise.poker (web) and on the Google Play Store (Android). This policy covers both the marketing site and the app.
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
No account is required to use Streetwise. All gameplay data is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage (web) or on-device MMKV storage (Android). This data never leaves your device.
The marketing site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. Netlify, our hosting provider, may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) as part of normal web infrastructure operation. These logs are not shared with us and are subject to Netlify's privacy policy.
The web app stores all data in your browser's localStorage. This data is not transmitted anywhere. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. The web app does not use cookies or third-party analytics.
The Android version of Streetwise integrates two third-party services that may collect data independently:
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and use it to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings under Privacy → Ads. Streetwise Pro users do not see ads.
AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's privacy policy.
Subscription purchases (Streetwise Pro) are processed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may collect your device identifier and purchase history to verify entitlements. No payment card data is handled by Streetwise or RevenueCat — that is managed entirely by Google Play.
RevenueCat's data practices are governed by RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Streetwise is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Web: Clear your browser's site data for app.streetwise.poker to remove all locally stored drill history and stats.
Android: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. To remove data associated with a subscription purchase, contact RevenueCat or manage your subscriptions in Google Play.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Streetwise after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
